As most of you know, our recent Israeli dinner was a great success.  Everyone did a superb job.  Our next dinner is scheduled for Friday, August 1 @ 6 PM at the clubhouse.
Many of you have suggested that we have a  "New England Clam Bake" theme as our next dinner. If anyone has a better idea for a theme, let me know.   I'm not sure how authentic we can make it due to certain limitations we have, however, I think if we put our collective minds together, we can make this work and have a wonderful evening.  We can take also take advantage of in season Jersey tomatoes and corn for our vegetables.  I'm sure we can figure out what we can do on our grill when it comes to the seafood items.

Please mark your calendar to attend our planning meeting Thursday at 7 PM to discuss the menu and who brings what to the dinner.  I'm looking forward to seeing you then!
